My absolute favorite thing about working in publishing is meeting the authors. And yesterday, we got to meet Kris Radish! She was just as fabulous as I had imagined and sent us away with goodies to raffle off to libraries!

So funny this came up today. I just did a brown bag luncheon for the public, and talked about my favorite Kris Radish novel, Annie Freeman’s Fabulous Traveling Funeral. I’ve talked about this book before, and told them I think every woman over the age of 40 should read it!
